Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high demand.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on location. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
🇦🇪 UAE: 5-7 business days
🇺🇸 USA: 4-7 business days
🌍 Worldwide: 7-15 business days
Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates beyond our control. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs clearance delays may also impact the delivery timeframe.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.
- If our system detects an address issue, we will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@silkaye.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At Silkaye, we understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control.
Some common causes of shipping delays include:

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Silkaye is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, but we will always do our best to assist you and provide updates on your order’s status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package during shipping. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Silkaye is no longer responsible for the package’s handling.
If your package is lost or stolen, please take the following steps:
- Contact the courier service to file a claim, as they may be able to locate your package or provide further assistance.
- Email us at contact@silkaye.com with your order details, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If necessary, you may also need to file a police report for stolen packages.
Please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a replacement at our discretion.
